Video Pauses While Watching Online

Video quality and speed are directly related to the type of Internet Connection that you have. If you experience problems viewing the videos online, you have a couple of choices. 

  1. You can click on the gear icon on the bottom right corner of the video frame and click on a lower quality setting – usually 360p.
  2. You can click on the Down Arrow on the bottom right corner of the video frame and download it to your device.

Do You Offer Refunds?
